Before work begins
If you cancel before a specialist has started work on your project, you’re entitled to a full refund.
Once work has started
Because our services are time and expertise delivered against your specific project, work already completed is not refundable once started. If you’re unsatisfied with delivered feedback or editing, tell us. Our first response is a revision within the agreed scope, not a refund, since revision usually resolves the underlying concern faster.
Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is agreed per project during your initial consultation. Revisions requested outside that agreed scope may be quoted separately.
